By using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service (“terms”) as binding upon you, including additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink, and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website.
How Wilkinson Jewellers works with Clients
∼ Hours of work
Wilkinson Jewellers is open to the public Monday – Saturday 10am – 6pm.
∼ Contacting Wilkinson Jewellers
Wilkinson Jewellers respects that everyone uses different platforms and works different hours. Wilkinson Jewellers will review all emails twice a day and respond to any queries within 48 hours Monday to Friday. Any correspondence received through mobile, social media and other platforms will be acknowledged and responded to within 48 hours.
∼ Storing Personal Data
Wilkinson Jewellers respects confidentiality, transparency, and privacy. Any notes/forms that are completed are kept for six years at the end of the contract and upon this date they will then be deleted. The client always has access to their records and can request copies of the same under a Data Subject Access Request. Please note that this request should be sent to: info@wilkinsonjewellers.ie.
∼ Refund & Exchange Policy
We operate a 14-day exchange or refund policy. Our refund policy is exclusive to our online store. All goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

- Please note that earrings are not eligible for an exchange/return due to hygiene reasons.
- Please note that items purchased in store are not eligible for a refund.
- Please note that special orders and personalised items (i.e. name chains, special order initials, Orchid Setting products and any items which have been engraved) are not eligible for a refund/exchange.
- Custom costs apply for UK & international orders. The customer is responsible to pay the custom costs in order to receive their order.
∼ Returns Procedure
Returns By Post:
Should you wish to exchange or return an item, please return the item to the address below. All goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns To Our Store:
Alternatively, you may return the item(s) to our store, accompanied by the original receipt which would have been emailed to you when the order was placed.
- Refunds are possible on items purchased online; this will be processed through our online store by one of the senior sales team.
- All items purchased online are eligible for an exchange in-store.
- All items must be returned unworn and in pristine condition, accompanied with the original box and guarantee.
- Please make sure you bring with you the receipt of purchase that was emailed to you at time of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept the return of earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Instore Exchange Policy:
- There are no refunds offered on items purchased from our physical store.
- Goods (except earrings) can be exchanged in-store within 14 days with proof of purchase if in pristine condition, unworn, and accompanied with the original box and guarantee.

∼ Creating an Online Account
Wilkinson Jewellers allow you to create an online account to make the ordering process easy. This also allows you to review your order history and change any details that are stored. Please note that is it your responsibility to make sure this account is accurate and any changes to the personal information stored within the account are solely the responsibility of the account holder. Any accounts that have been inactive for a period of a year will be deleted by Wilkinson Jewellers but you can still apply for your data by lodging a Data Subject Access Request by emailing info@wilkinsonjewellers.ie.
∼ CCTV
Wilkinson Jewellers operate an onsite CCTV security system. It is managed by Rebecca Wilkinson & Janice Dunne and all footage is stored for 30 days and then deleted unless specifically stored for legal or insurance purposes. To request access to any footage please note this is covered by our Data Subject Access Request procedure above.
∼ Bespoke Jewellery
Wilkinson Jewellers offers the opportunity for clients to create individual and bespoke jewellery. These are governed by their own payment schedule and contract and it is the client’s responsibility to sign off on all jewellery that has been created. A deposit will be required before these itemised pieces are jewellery are created and we request that clients communicate all requirements to Wilkinson Jewellers as changes and refunds may not be available once the item has been produced. Each situation will be treated on a case-by-case basis and this does not affect your statutory obligations.
∼ Credit
In some specific cases, Wilkinson Jewellers may extend credit terms but makes no guarantee of providing credit to any customer. In the event of being offered a credit facility, and if the Customer fails to make any payment within 31 days of it becoming due, Wilkinson Jewellers shall be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 8% per month on the outstanding amounts.
∼ Late Payment
If the Customer fails to make any payment within 31 days of it becoming due, Wilkinson Jewellers shall be entitled to remove all work carried out as part of the order and suspend all services until payment has been received in full. Wilkinson Jewellery retains ownership of any goods supplied until full payment has been received.
∼ Confidentiality
Confidentiality is an essential part of all our services and Wilkinson Jewellers will at all times, operate with the highest standard of security and confidentiality.
∼ Protection of Intellectual Property
The education materials supplied by Wilkinson Jewellers (including all website content and content supplied at workshops and seminars) are of a confidential nature. From time to time, Wilkinson Jewellers may use examples of work they have created or businesses that have worked with to illustrate educative points. Any attempt by the Customer to enter the markets that Wilkinson Jewellers operates in after gaining possession of such educative materials will be classed as entering competition with Wilkinson Jewellers.
a) All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively, “content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such content, contained on the website is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to Wilkinson Jewellers.
b) Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Site and no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication, distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Wilkinson Jewellers’ express prior written consent.

Wilkinson Jewellers reserves the right to consult with their legal advisors in all cases of Court orders for access to personal records and/or all other information requests.

∼ Contract Of Sale
When you order services from us, the terms in force at the time of your order will apply as the contract of sale between you and us. This contract of sale begins to be formed between us when we issue an invoice. You shall only become the full owner of the service once we have received full payment for it.

The express terms and conditions of these terms shall apply in place of all warranties, conditions, terms, representations, statements, undertakings and obligations whether expressed or implied by statute, common law, custom, usage or otherwise, all of which are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Insofar as it is lawful to do so, we do not accept liability of any description including liability for negligence or any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use or performance of this website or its contents. We conform to Irish and EU law and regulations for the purposes of whether or not to accept returns. We deal with cases as they happen on an individual basis. Communication, engagement, and actions taken through external social media platforms that we participate in are custom to the terms as well as the data protection and privacy policies and notices held with each social media platform respectively. We will never ask for personal or sensitive information through social media platforms and encourage you when wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact us through primary communication channels such as by telephone or email.
