Delivery charges and timelines
- Ireland: €6.50 for orders under €75 / Free shipping for orders of €75 or over
- UK and Northern Ireland: €14
- USA / Canada: €25
- Asia-Pacific / Non-EU: €28
- Rest of the World: €30
At wilkinsonjewellers.ie, we wish for your special purchases to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by our insured courier service and will reach you within 2-5 working days.
Please note, international deliveries may take up to 1 week from dispatch date to arrive.
If your item has to be ordered direct from suppliers and we are unable to dispatch your order within our ‘normal’ 2-5 working day delivery, we will contact you to discuss and advise.
FAQS
– What if my item is no longer in stock?
If the item that you have ordered is no longer in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of placing your order. At that point, we will offer you a full refund or an exchange.
– How will I know if my order is on the way?
We will send you an automated dispatch email when your order is ready to leave our premises. This will have your tracking number where you can track your order online via DHL or AnPost. You can also log into your account (if you have one set up) to see the status of your order.
